Fundraising at RSIS... why do we do it???

Well, good question! Our fundraisers bring in the money that we need to support the Intern Program, support extracurricular programs at RSI, and purchase items for our school, such as playground equipment and library books.

Club’s Choice Fall Fundraiser: The first part of September, our students bring home catalogs for specialty food, household items, giftwrap and more. This is one of our largest fundraisers and all families are highly encouraged to participate. (SCHOOL CODE: ROBB22)

La Noche Sin Ninos (The Night Without Kids): This is an amazing event that you won't want to miss. Mark you calendars and book a babysitter! It is a great time to mingle with each other, dance our tails off, and raise money to support our school and Intern Program with an impressive silent auction, cash bar, appetizers, and a dance floor with DJ. RSIS families and local businesses donate items for the silent auction. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Email La Noche Committee to donate items, experiences, or talents at:

Give to the Max: On our state-wide day of giving in November, select our PTO when you make your donation.

Scholastic Book Fairs: Stock up on new books at the Scholastic Book Fairs at the Fall and Spring Teacher Conferences. The profits from the book fair help to support the PTO and to purchase books for the media center.

Fiesta Fun Fair: Our annual School Carnival! In May we host a school-wide community building night of games, face painting, and more! This is the event that the kids look forward to all year - it's like a birthday party on steroids!

Mabel's Labels: We have partnered with Mabel's Labels, North America's leading provider of personalized labels for the stuff kids lose, for this exciting, environmentally friendly campaign. Mabel's Labels' personalized sticky and clothing labels are extra durable and will not come off in the dishwasher, microwave or laundry. They are ideal for students, athletes, people with allergies, musicians...everyone! With personalized text and choice of colors and icons, their products are as fun as they are practical. A wide assortment of cards are available: Amazon, iTunes, movie theaters, coffee shops, craft stores, clothing stores, hardware stores, restaurants, fine dining, gas stations, and grocery stores. Information and order forms will be sent home with students in Thursday envelopes or you can create an account and see available gift cards at

General Mills Box Tops for Education: Turn those weekly shopping trips into easy cash for your school and encourage friends to do the same! Just look for the Box Tops logo on hundreds of products like Cheerios®, Hamburger Helper® and Kleenex®, in almost every aisle of the store. Download the Box Tops app for iOS or Android. Then scan your receipts and earn Box Tops for the school!

Tasteocracy (previously known as Food Perspectives): RSI is looking for interested parents, friends and relatives to register for taste testing. They organize consumer taste tests of new food products and they do all the calling. Most tests take less than an hour. Each time a member participates in a test, they are paid for their time and opinions (avg $35 per hour). In addition, RSI will be paid for each test you participate in ($10 per test, or the entire amount per your choice).
